$7.5 million is a hefty tax bill. Maybe he just wants to buy a new house and reap some of the rewards from his hard work. Not a great time to be selling though. When the company is propped up on to lofty heights on future promise. I'd feel more comfortable if he was selling after we had some solid foundations to fall back on.
