Oh dear. Whilst we don’t know the circumstances behind the sell down it is fair to assume there is no major news on the horizon if this has happened. I mean we can surmise all we like but the facts are a leading executive in the company just sold a decent chunk of his shares off. Do you do that if you know it is going to go up in the near future? No. At best it is an indication the company is in a holding pattern and at worse it is locking in some profit before bad news or an awareness that the company is falling behind in its goals or competitors are catching up/overtaking.
