Vaughan has also sold more than 26 million shares to Lawnsdale through his SMSF. Must be hedging his bets as my understanding is that any agreement with Lawnsdale in relation to his residual 5% would result in an association with Lawnsdale and a requirement to disclose that association as part of Lawsndale's holding. i.e Lawnsdale holding 23%+.
