Further to my above post, I think when looking at previous holdings, it was Jeremy Delk's parcel of 1,466,667 (listed as Delk Enterprises Inc) that was sold at a price of 4.9c. This volume matches his holding in the 2015 Annual Report. Makes sense, probably needs all the money he can get his mitts on to channel into Medivet, and good on him too, if he succeeds, MLA could benefit in tune of the $2mill conditionally owed .
