Puppyeh, by "bare bones" I gather you mean there is no premium built in. Usually I think you can expect a premium of around 30%, so we should be looking at 45+, unless AC is desperate.
I think there'll be movement in the station pretty soon. Pressure is already on with CVN's announcement 2day.
As for the SP not moving, I think it's being capped for continued buying. next break could be 19%.
