I think this is a possibility, but I really hope it doesn't happen. The trouble with these corporate raiders is they have zero interest in the long term. What they want is to get in, make a quick buck and get out. This is likely mean to sell everything at any price so long as it is more than what they paid for it.

So yes you could get 25-35c a share sooner, but what you won't get is the value from FID and CVN turning into a producer. What you also don't get is the exploration upside which I am very interested in.

Anyone who has invested in this would be a fool to think that AC is able to command Santos to pull their finger out and make Dorado a priority.
