I dont think what is in the AFR is particularly new, does sound like Nero is having a hissy fit.
Corporate costs of $6M is not too high, but not low either, and hardily a concern for time to FID. It is good time for board renewal, but not sure these guys are the ones. An excerpt, probably most relevant bit.
