Yes Nero and Collins have sent a letter to CVN that AC, Foster and all directors bar Gavin Ryan are to step down or be ousted via a EGM, as they can demand a EGM and have the voting numbers to vote in the new directors and out the old ones.
I have been saying for two years AC etal is overpaid for one day a week and the perfomance shares he seeks out are so out of touch and greedy.
I am glad the management and directors will be changed as with corporate costs doubling in last two years ($6m) when we are a minority interest in Dorado its just not justified.
We should see the SP rise to mid twenties farily soon and more investors see the extreme value which this current board has failed to address in the financial communities.
At last 12-13yrs in the chair for AC and Foster is too long
