If i owned 12% of the company and the part time ceo pays himself free shares and a huge salary I would want new management and a new board who will not hand out performance shares when there is no performance. Irrespective if it is his fault or not we as shareholders dont earn a dividend, salary or performance shares due to STO calling the shots.
Cut the corporate costs by 2/3rds is a great start
Bring on the EGM so we can all vote
