For me, I think AC has provided good stability and made some good decisions over the journey. No one could have forseen COVID and that out as back substantially. The second issues was APUS. if that drill was successful we would be at a much higher price
So all that does not warrant free performance shares and a massive salary for a part time job. The largest shareholders have every right to push for a BOD renewal and new CEO as the gravy train is over with the current mob.
