I still stick to my opinion that this company is just an investment company so why would we need most people on the board anyway.
the investments made are always sold down to those with the knowledge to develop and produce they don’t need a penny stock to advise, they are the ones advising.
what is needed in my opinion is
cut the board by half
cut pay to the amount one works
get rid of free shares unless the board can demonstrate progress by increasing the share price
