    Hi all: Just a quick question -- Is NTC just a play-around Stock or is it a Serious Stock? I see it go up 50 to 60 cents snd down again 50 to 60 cents in a space of a month or two - - time and time again. Was the $3.67 High just a Joke? Thoughts, anyone ... Thank you.
