My understanding is that the connection is in relation to bonds and heavily debt-funded stocks (as infrastructure stocks often are), as well as real interest rates
NXT has next to no debt so perhaps there is an issue of perception and it is being lumped in with other infrastructure stocks
More likely profit taking from the rights issue.
