    Not crazy to think that a NZME tie up at some stage in the future could be on the cards.

    If the board can get the SP up to $4 post consolidation with buybacks and a divvy reinstatement then some kind of merger using equity could be done.

    So long as the relative values used make sense, it could be an option.
