    I'm surprised no one has commented on Mgt buying 2.5m shares, if that's not a vote of confidence in the business and current performance, I don't know what is.

    Especially when they just cashed out a portion via the back door listing.

    I am, however surprised they could trade when they are in the middle of doing due diligence on two acquisitions.
