Howdy Steini. Pretty sure the game afoot is getting the Auditor to sign off they are satisfied that the business has sufficient funding and or the means to it going forward to be able to remain solvent (meet the ASX minimum requirements of 2 quarters funding) in order to be "reinstated" Not the first company to work its way through this and wont be the last. Has it been orderly, messy, well managed, well I for one (& not the only one) frankly do not have enough inside (read "any") information to make informed comment.

What I can, with utmost confidence, suggest however is that there comes a time for all good men to either pee or get off the pot and yes, in this regard, I suggest that you and the pot currently have a close relationship. Either gather up a group who hold a minimum 20% of the stock and go to the BoD with your case (that would be the peeing part of the saying) or, come to understand the position you hold has no teeth (that would be the get off the pot part) and is causing you (to say nothing of others) angst that is simply not good for your health.

End of the day we are all playing this game within a set of rules and rule number 1 is that numbers rule !
