I agree with all of you regarding the science - not questioning or trying to bring down the IP or the company at all.
Just want to have a new chair / board acting according to the value of the IP. If the board agrees the current value is less than AUD10m then, imo, these decision makers aren't the right people. The same people have agreed that IMU's IPs aren't worth much either. If there is ever a commercial outcome who can trust these board members to demand fair value?
Let's see when CHM is allowed to start trading again. So far not even the Ts & Cs have been announced despite being in the market since Monday. Closing was Wednesday, no word on the outcome either. The COO had to sign the email, it is the board's task to do the raising. And like at IMU, he sends the others to the frontline to deal with holders' opinions and concerns. Blame the COO, she's the one, not me.
Or, Hopper has achieved the max possible, then there must be almost everything wrong with the 3 platforms and the data so far, not competitive at all. But that's not what scientists and FDA have stated.
Whatever or Whoever it is, something is wrong big time and must be corrected.
1. What went wrong with the original cap raising?
2. Why didn't the board act earlier?
3. Why won't any pharma in the world partner? Or if yes, why doesn't the board want a partnership to share the financial burden?
Strangely, RAD's CEO "disobeyed" Hopper's plan and got AUD70m and their pipelines aren't that much advanced regarding trial progress as the CHM ones in their field of radio pharmacy. Money is out there, just get the right people involved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
