His total holding remained the same, but if the calculations were based on the 17% by the computer then the overall result % were all wrong and the results might have had a different outcome.
10.5 % holding is still a poison pill but maybe some suitors would have given it a go but were discouraged by 17%.
He must resign as chair and from the board, the continiously devaluation is deliberately done and must stop! I will ask him to step down, it is the least he must do if he really want CHM to succeed. Once he is not longer making the wrong decisions the investors will return and that is in your interest as well or are you happy with the company getting bust?
