I was always comfortable as long as PPT were increasing their holding, so them selling is a bad signal and yes indicates a possible large supply will continue to overhang the stock for a while - so yes the only hope is its a tax loss trade, but given they accumulated diligently over a long period of time I question why they would dump such a large amount at the low point just for a tax loss.
