California's currently in its fifth year of severe drought. Deemed in a state of emergency in early 2015. The drought currently encompasses over 98% of California with more than 44% of California in the worst level of drought. This being the driest period in the states 163 years of recorded rainfall history.

Water restrictions have been imposed cutting the individual persons usage by 25%.
With an increasing population expected to hit 50 million by 2020, its evident this is an issue of absolute paramount importance.

IMO the dips we are seeing present a great buying opportunity.
