In a society (and business community) that is becoming more and more litigious, respectfully give me an example of a company that hasn't been involved in, or has faced some legal proceedings (founded or unfounded)? Pharmaceuticals are especially notorious for being targets of patent, IP, and negligent actions. Will the Portison claim amount to anything? Who knows? Does it concern me at present? No, I think it was a possibility that something was going to happen after Chemeq, but I would expect that the current management in association with their legal team, have exercised due diligence in all facets of past and current patents and acted accordingly. Cabe, there will always be a fly or two in the ointment, but it's the maggots you have to watch out for.
Melrose's age? Does that concern me? Not really, I imagine someone of his age and intellect would have the mechanisms in place to fulful his pet project if he is unable to do so. No one is irreplaceable either. The increased holding tells me at least one thing, that he has enormous faith in the Recce product, and I feel it would be foolhardy to think that he doesn't have something and someone in place should he not be around long enough to see it come into fruition.
