It is a very good idea. Mr. Kagi could contract some suppliers in China to manufacture some products for HR, and SBB in China pays the cost to these suppliers. Then Mr. Kagi pays SBB in Australia in return.
Effectively the fund will transfer from SBB in China to SBB in Australia.
