Certainly will be pCAP and great to see an Australian investor standing up , obviously Redbrook would have done their due diligence to stump up the $ despite all the negativity surrounding China & Chinese listed companies on the ASX. Certainly helps minority shareholders on many fronts also. eg protection with blocking stake

If a board seat is on the agenda & there is no invite- could be positioning for the next AGM - strike 2 is on the cards plus board spill - last meeting 76m voted for the remuneration report and 25m against just pipping the 25% requirement- Redbrook now has 88m no reasons alone - with the MD unable to vote being a KMP and largest shareholder this could be an interesting & possible scenario.
