RSL did NOT acquire these shares on market.
Have a read of the announcements....if you look at the 3B this is the issue of new shares
i.e. "Number of +securities issued with security holder approval under rule 7.3, or another specific security holder approvaL..........20,100,000 Ordinary Shares approved at the EGM."
This is a placement!!!!
