    I believe this has been his and his mate's longer plan all along, gradually buy his company RWL back with the MABR assets in the fold. May make you think about who pushed the price down over the last yea]r.

    Joint "merger", push down, keep accumulating, perhaps take back private in the future. He knows where this will be in three or four years time onwards. He probably has a ten year horizon. The last year is just preparation to reap the gains coming.
