Back in Dec 2015 RTR announced they will employ an "Advisory Board" to review all RTR's projects and new projects for the company to consider. On 9 Feb 2016 RTR pulled out of the Zanthus JV and since then they have apparently being looking for new opportunities.

On 12 May RTR announced a rights issue which closed on 21 June raising $537K. Of these funds $150K was to be used on existing projects, $150K on looking for new projects and $183K was for working capital (paying directors, office, etc). It will be interesting to see in the next Quarterly Report what new project opportunities RTR has been able to generate and if they spent any money on their existing projects. Also, interesting is the biggest amount of the funds are to be spent on working capital (i.e. Admin and salaries) as opposed to more funds on generating new projects which is what is needed for the share price to get moving again.
