As i had expected one of the developers to be increasing their position, given the price they have paid on average for there position since they started to acquire shares in SIO i would highly doubt they will approve a take over bid at 40c. If anything i think we could see Mcdonald trying to become apart of the privatisation, they hold a sizeable percentage now and if they continue to increase it through on market purchases then they could be the thorn in the side of S/R buyout
