Anyone have a handle on the legalities to facilitate a joint TO by Risco and NGP.
Is this a possibility ? and if it happens where will it leave the ordinary shareholders?
If this is possible, would it require foreign investment approval, after all TAP has allot of Australian assets.
Sorry I have no experience in this regard ! Perhaps someone on the forum can fill in the blanks.
Maybe we will need to fight a rearguard action and for that we may need to understand our options ASAP
