    Thanks @Patient (a good name for this game, btw).

    To balance out my earlier comments re: possible share overhang, here's the positive points. I posted these on Twitter this morning, am hoping to see if the guys who run the 'Baby Giants' podcast might consider it on their next segment - they're generally pretty insightful and even-handed in their coverage:

    • Founder-led tech business, ranked #1 globally for HR ref checking
    • During COVID, pivoted from sales-led to marketing-led model, went operating CF+ in March 21
    • YTD FY22 sales $15M, up 67% on pcp
    • TTM sales of $21.3M- Current MC $84.3M so 3.9x TTM sales
    • Scalable tech, now growing into US market, run via Toronto office
    • Product suite being expanded in FY23 (pulse surveys etc)
    • Major enterprise clients, historically very sticky business

    So only things really holding me back are 1) current market conditions and 2) bearish looking recent chart. But plenty to like about the business itself, so it's mostly just a question of timing.
