i believe Bradkens offer was made in early 2014, when ANGs market cap was around $300m. Today ANGs market cap is roughly $200m. So Bradken was prepared to pay a third more of the current price for the company back in the day.
At it's highest point, years ago, ANGs marcap was a shade under half a billion.
