Thorney have a great track record in micro/small cap investing but like everybody else they don't have a 100% record.
The current market cap is $22 mil. I would suggest that Thorney have invested a lot more than that over the years into OVN.
OVN first gained my attention over 3 years ago when Thorney stated it was their stock pick of the coming year. They got that horribly wrong. And so did I.
The Covid rout in the USA has not helped this stock.
