A CR at these prices would be suicide , they just did one at 30c. As per the last cashflow report they have $4.5m+ in the bank with 4 quarters of cash remaining. but hey they silly enough to make a public spectacle of selling in pairs this could be possible.
the ASX won't ask a whole bunch of questions UNLESS they have someone complain about it or the stock is just out of suspension and under their mandatory 6 month scrutiny period... both measures are much after the fact. IF there is anything illegal they often take years to bring directors to task, the bureaucracy is ridicules ... directors will take advantage of all these shortcomings...
