That first line of yours makes absolutely no sense and you know it. Of couse there is something to take private including products, patents etc.
your second and third lines make sense however we note many asx and private companies that have zero revenue and carry forward losses in the 100’s of millions of dollars whom become profitable at some stage in their journey. Will RNO be one of them?…maybe/maybe not but why so bitter as a non holder?? Check out slx as an example of a company with zero revenue and 100’s of millions in accumulated losses whom has an imo possibly interesting future. There are heaps of them. many biotech face sililar losses/zero revenue issues until they dont.
