Issued 183823529 EDM for providing fee facility.
Sold 59906000 EDM for a total of $315456
Shares remaining 123917529
Issued 378m @ .004 =$1.512m
Less $315k from sale of "free" shares
Total cost $1.2m
Holding 502million EDM (0.24 average)
The selling was very active when the PDI announcement
came out.
This calculation does not include any of the 378m
