    - In plant commission phase currently
    - Gold price almost $400/ounce higher than forecasted PFS calculations
    - No sovereign risk
    - Money in the bank
    - Exploration and resource expansion upside and likely
    - Recent stockdale acquisition
    - Steady news flow for the coming months
    - Chart looks great technically
