Not sure wormy but on the 20/08/09, ADO released details of an agreement with DioSion Diagnostics for the use of Mix & Go. The licence fee included a "sig. up front payment" and DiaSion had 90 days to make the payment for the Agreement to take effect. Oddly, the market didn't react on release of this news (the transaction was apparently facilitated by Transocean International). The payment didn't come.
