    By transferring to Aust. Co can now go to 20%
    -clearly doing this with today's substantial notice.
    However his 16.31% dilutes to 12.67% on option conversion.
    Net Result- Capacity to purchase addit 6.85 mill.to bring him to 20%
    Then launch full takeover????
    -Don't sell & make it easy for him !!!!
