    Average price is a tick over 40 cents. With 16.31 % it looks like he is still buying and looking to go to 19.99%.

    Obviously the overseas investor 15% cap doesn't apply to him.

    Also, after July 14 he will be able to increase his shareholding again with the 25% increase in ordinary shares.

    Only takes one big buyer and this stock flies.
