Interestingly the 10m POSCO bought on the 15th July were not from Harbinger. You would have thought Harbinger would have let them know they where getting rid of some of their shares & offered POSCO some. But they took them from somewhere else.

The 11 million on the 19th was Harbinger dumping.

37.5 milion left Need another 3 or 4 large transfers to get them out.
