Seems like Harbinger got their dates wrong here.
POSCO says 16th they say 19th either way it does appear that it was them who also sold to POSCO.
Either way just a timing difference
The numbers equal the POSCO 10m & at 1.99
THe bummer about it all is POSCO only taking 10m knowing Harbinger are getting out. Good price they could have taken the balance put them up to 20% & got rid of Harbinger.
