Your assessment of this director is a bit harsh. I have met and spoken to him at an AGM, though his share holdings aren't that big he is a man of his word. He said that he was going to buy some shares and did so at a higher price than what they are today. Though it may be a small amount that he has taken up with the rights issue, the fact that he did gives some encouragement to other shareholders about the future of MST . His actions however small or great speak louder than any words from the other directors that haven't done so likewise.
