I think ASIC rules do not permit directors to oversubscribe and this was exactly his entitlement. (Maybe thats why AWD is not a director??)

BUT your other point about directors is a valid one....let's wait for all of those other notices to roll in where they have taken their full entitlement and their holding grows by 25%.
