Between Metallica, Jien, Conglin and the Directors this is may really tighten up now. Metallica 25%, Jien 13%, Directors 12%, Conglin Yue 12% = 62% tightly held.
With only 38% in market Conglin will need to take another 7% to hit 19.9% and that will leave only 31% for punters. What if another player comes in or Jien seeks to protect it's bridesmaid status?
