I would love to see this war! fighting for MDX's resources, this war is going to fill up my wallet.
However, I am not sure if LAP is trying to take over MDX. I guess Tsang has "friends", who aligned with him in holding this company. Just take a look at the top 20 share holders, how many in there are Chinese? Including the HSBC, that's altogether about 60%...
Does anyone still remember RRR? they requested for a seat in the board, but somehow never have announced any follow ups since then, except a substantial holder announcement which RRR sold their shares.
My guess is LAP is finding a seat in the board, perhaps that is the first step to takeover :)
