As with previous capital raisings directed toward PYC shareholders, we see that the top two shareholders Telethon Institute and Biotech Capital didn't participate.
It's understandable with the Telethon Institute. They are a charity with important rearch to fund.
Biotech Capital have their share portfolio. Each company would have a weighting. I would think if anything Biotech would be over exposed to PYC after buying the convertible notes.
With Barton. He probably feels he has adequate exposure. Main thing is to see his current holding maintained.
