    The last notice was for 27,838.012 or 19.39%

    The current notice is for 29,731141 or 18.21%

    Have they been buying or selling?

    Was there some dilution since they last reported?
    Im guessing it was Orbis selling?

    Funnily enough Orbis is involved in CXS also.
