Ann: Change in substantial holding , page-6

Because of the dramatic rise in SP recently my guess is they had to sell to re-weight their holdings, most funds can't have one stock making up more than ??% of their total holdings, while I don't agree with it and reckon they should let it run for their clients, rules is rules I guess. That's why I like to manage my own:)
