    The option price has moved up by the Option fee. The option contract states that the fee will be refunded if the option is exercised.

    The real price that Octavium is paying is 35c not the 39c

    The share price did move up to 35c back when the option was taken out.

    If the business can rationalise the warehousing as they state and deliver the $6m in annual savings the 35c is a good price and would be a discount to the underlying value of the business. I suspect Octavium is in the process of negotiation with the other major shareholders.

    We will now have to wait until January 31 (if not sooner)
