    The forst sign of off market support was the XTs at 17.5 or thereabouts - watching intently but I believe a rights issue is possible this year IMO. We'll see but this one is well under the radar - promised so much and have they spent the cash in preparation, along with the Board imploding, Talbot's tragic death etc.
