They are up to 6%+, but that is still a long way off 50%. I don't think there is much they can do at this point, but up the offer to try and suck more shares out. Since they have been able to accumulate quite a bit based on AHR being tightly held, I am thinking the offer might be in the neighborhood of .35c next. Would like to see 42c and then we might be able to start talking.
